Our Environmental Commitments

The PD Group recognises the social and economic effect our industry can have on the environment and with that in mind we are fully committed to complying with the Environmental Protection Act of 1990.

The PD Group have signed up to both the FSC & PEFC global accreditations which help manage & protect the world's flora, fauna and inhabitants.

Our aims are:

To purchase only FSC or PEFC accredited paper (where possible)
Ensure wood pulp suppliers have well managed & sustainable forests and where possible wood pulp is manufactured with elemental chlorine free chemicals
Run appropriate environmental management system
Agree to yearly audit and co-operate fully with the relevant statutory bodies and, above all to encourage customers & suppliers to adapt similar attitudesul
